Terms of Service

• "Card" means the digital or physical Trust Wallet card issued as part of the Service.
• "Wallet" means your non-custodial Trust Wallet crypto wallet.
• "USDT" means Tether (USDT) in TRC-20 format on the TRON network.
• "Transaction" means any payment, purchase, or transfer initiated through the Card.
• "Network Fee" means the blockchain fee charged by the TRON network.

To use the Service, you must be able to enter into binding agreements, and the Service itself must be permitted in your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your place of residence.
• You must not be located in a country or region where the Service is prohibited or restricted.
• You must have a valid Trust Wallet with a sufficient TRX balance, including at least 20 TRX for initial network fees.
• The connected wallet must be owned and controlled solely by you; multisig wallets are not supported.

Trust Wallet Card allows you to spend USDT from your Trust Wallet anywhere Visa is accepted, subject to service availability and applicable limits.

The merchant receives fiat currency, and the conversion of USDT into fiat occurs automatically at the time of each Transaction. Settlement on your side is performed on-chain on the TRON network.

Trust Wallet is a non-custodial service. Your private keys, seed phrase, and digital assets remain exclusively under your control at all times.

• Digital Card: a virtual card for online payments and, where supported, for Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Physical Card: a contactless Visa card, the availability of which depends on the region and the program rollout stage.
• Issuance fee: 0.00 USD; monthly maintenance: 0.00 USD; card transaction processing fee: 0.00 USD.
• TRON network fee: usually about 0.10 USD per transaction, but it depends on network conditions.
• Currency conversion is determined at the time of the Transaction and may include a spread of up to 0.5%.
• Single-transaction limit: up to 10,000 USD; daily limit: up to 25,000 USD; monthly limit: up to 100,000 USD.
• Fees and limits may change upon at least 30 days' notice; higher limits may require additional verification.

• Maintain a sufficient USDT and TRX balance to pay for Transactions and Network Fees.
• Keep your Wallet access credentials, seed phrase, and Card details secure.
• Immediately report any suspected unauthorized use of the Card through the Trust Wallet app.
• Use the Card only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law and network rules.
• The Card may not be used for gambling, adult content, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorist financing.
• You may freeze or unfreeze the Card at any time in the app. Freezing blocks card transactions but does not restrict access to the Wallet.

All trademarks, logos, materials, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to DApps Platform Software Services Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust Wallet and its related parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the fees paid by you during the last 12 months or 100 USD.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if required for security, compliance, or contractual reasons. Upon termination of your use of the Service, any remaining USDT stays in your Wallet and under your control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved by mandatory arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are posted on this page with a new update date, and continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
