Trust Wallet Card is built on the principles of self-custody and user control. We collect only the information necessary to operate, protect, and improve the Service.

The data you provide may include contact information such as email and phone number, your public TRON wallet address, and card-related settings.

Automatically collected information may include device and browser data, usage data, transaction metadata, IP address, and approximate country-level location.

• Private keys or seed phrases.
• Full wallet balances or complete portfolio information.
• Biometric data.
• Social Security numbers or national identification document numbers.
• Precise geolocation data.

• To provide the Service, including card issuance, transaction processing, and account administration.
• To send operational communications, including security notices, service updates, notifications, and support responses.
• To prevent fraud, detect abuse, and comply with legal, regulatory, and Visa network requirements.
• To improve the Service based on aggregated usage analysis without creating advertising profiles of individual users.

In the EEA, the UK, and similar jurisdictions, we process data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and, where necessary, consent.

We do not sell your personal data. Limited transfers may be made to Visa, issuing banks, payment processors, hosting and communications providers, and analytics providers if required for the operation of the Service.

We may also disclose information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

• We apply safeguards such as AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
• Internal access is protected by multi-factor authentication, access controls, and regular security reviews.
• Account information is generally retained for the duration of the card account and additionally for up to 5 years; transaction records are generally retained for 7 years.
• Support communications are generally retained for 3 years, and session-level analytics data is generally deleted after 90 days.

Depending on your place of residence, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

Our website uses only necessary cookies and a limited number of analytics cookies. Advertising cookies and third-party tracking pixels are not used.

The Service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy and notify you of material changes by email or through an in-product notice before the date they take effect.
